3. Services Offered
Server Planet provides shared hosting, reseller hosting, alpha reseller hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related web services. Features, limits, and pricing are defined on respective product pages and may vary by plan.
4. Account Registration & Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and valid contact information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining account security, including login credentials. Server Planet is not liable for losses caused by compromised accounts due to weak passwords or client-side negligence.
5. Payments, Billing & Renewals
All services are billed in advance. Failure to renew services within 7 days of the expiry date may result in suspension or permanent termination. Server Planet is not responsible for missed renewal notifications due to unreachable email or phone numbers.
6. Refund & Wallet Policy
Funds added to the Server Planet wallet are strictly non-refundable. Once a service is activated or a domain is registered, refunds are not applicable unless explicitly mentioned in a specific offer or promotion.
7. Domain Registration Policy
Domain registrations are final and non-refundable. It is the client’s responsibility to verify successful registration. Server Planet is not liable for domain loss due to incorrect information, late payments, or registry-level issues beyond our control.
8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Clients must not host prohibited content including but not limited to spam, phishing, malware, adult content, pirated software, hacking tools, crypto mining, bulk email scripts, or illegal material. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
9. Resource Usage & Fair Use
Shared and reseller hosting services are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth usage that impacts server stability may lead to account limitation, suspension, or forced upgrade.
10. Backup & Data Responsibility
Server Planet may provide limited backups on a best-effort basis. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. Server Planet shall not be held liable for data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion.
11. Suspension, Termination & Reactivation
Accounts involved in malware distribution, phishing, prohibited activities, or non-payment may be suspended or terminated without notice. Reactivation after suspension due to abuse or malware may require a reactivation fee of ₹3000 INR.
12. Email & Anti-Spam Policy
Bulk emailing and spam are strictly prohibited. Any account found sending unsolicited emails may be terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Email sending limits apply as per hosting plan.
13. Limitation of Liability
Server Planet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
14. Changes to Terms
Server Planet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
