At Server Planet, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality hosting and digital services. However, we understand that in certain situations, a customer may request a refund. This Refund Policy explains the eligibility, conditions, and procedure for requesting refunds on services purchased from Server Planet.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only to eligible hosting services and must be requested within the allowed refund period. Refunds are provided only for first-time purchases and are not applicable on renewals, upgrades, or promotional plans unless explicitly stated.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
Server Planet offers a limited money-back guarantee on selected hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 to 30 days of initial service activation, depending on the plan. This guarantee applies only to the hosting fee and excludes taxes, transaction charges, convenience fees, and add-ons.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable due to third-party costs and resource allocation:
• Domain registration, renewal, or transfer
• Lifetime hosting or reseller plans
• VPS, dedicated servers, and alpha reseller hosting after provisioning
• Software licenses such as cPanel, WHMCS, LiteSpeed, Imunify360
• SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, and paid add-ons
• Promotional or discounted plans purchased using coupon codes
5. Abuse & Policy Violations
No refund will be provided if the account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, spamming, malware distribution, or any malicious or illegal activity.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must submit a support ticket from their registered email address through the official client area. The request must include the invoice number, service details, and a valid reason for the refund. Refund requests made via WhatsApp, phone calls, or social media will not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 30 working days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies. Server Planet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
8. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
• Domain-related services
• Terminated or suspended accounts
• Violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Services used for spam, phishing, hacking, or malicious purposes
• Requests made after the refund eligibility period
9. Data Deletion After Refund
Upon successful refund approval, the associated service will be permanently terminated, and all data, files, and backups will be deleted. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before requesting a refund.
